Central City Brewing Co. and HMH Negotiants, are excited to announce the release of Central City Red Racer IPA for private order in Ontario! Central City, out of Surrey BC, have become known for their true to taste styles, funky labels, and use of cans. With their growing popularity, and great taste, it’s no wonder why Central City is a top rated Canadian Brewery, and why beer lovers, and patio drinkers alike would love to have this aggressively hopped IPA in their fridge.
This award winning IPA, is an ale that was fashioned to survive the long voyage from England to India during the British colonization. Hops, hops, and more hops, this ale has an intense aroma and a long lingering finish. Drink as an appetizer on its own, or pair it with a hearty dish. A beer for the connoisseur, this is a brew not to be missed.

Burly Wine, Barley Wine 10.5% alc./vol. 341 mL
Nothing proves this more than when we brew this extra strong ale. It is packed with five different malts for a strong dried fruit character and is hopped with UK Fuggles and Goldings for a woody, herbal aroma. This Barley wine is meant to be shared fireside with friends. It will continue to improve with careful aging in acool dark place, so try to save a bottle to compare with the new vintage. Serve at 12 degrees celsius in a brandy snifter. 75 IBUs. December Seasonal

Little Scrapper IPA, American IPA 6.0% alc./vol. 341 mL
To admit that the brewer at Half Pints is a bit of a hop head is an understatement. This India Pale Ale is unabashedly hoppy, not only from the Amarillo hops we add to the brew kettle, but also from the northwest U.S. variety called Cascade that we add directly to the final tank. A firm toasted malt presence forms the background for all of these hops, and we're confident our Little Scrapper IPA could take other so-called IPA's to the mat if called upon to do so. Serve in a glass at 8 degrees celsius. All Year Round Availability.
Stir Stick Stout, Coffee Stout 5.6% alc./vol. 341 mL
Stir Stick Stout is robust with ruby highlights and a generous addition of fresh ground, locallyroasted Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee. The beans lend a distinct chocolate aroma that blendswell with the roasted barley and malty sweetness. A woody bitterness from the Fuggles hopvariety rounds out this ale and makes it the perfect match for barbecued buffalo burgers or sweet desserts like chocolate lava cake. Serve in a glass at 8 degrees celsius.
